A month ago we received a letter from them stating they were looking into members that were claiming ineligible dependents.
This week we received a letter allowing these members to now remove any ineligible dependants offering amnesty for past claims.
This letter lists all dependents, I only have my wife, and there were 25 lines for names..
One was to call the "amnesty hotline" to remove any ineligible dependants, they gave 2 weeks to get this done.
Any ineligible dependants that were not reported and found to be ineligible may require the said member to be responsible for reimbursement for all past claims of that dependent.

I guess the point of my post is, I know there is insurance fraud, but it surprised me to think that people I work with would do such a thing.
To be paid decently and be offered these benefits just to abuse the system.

I suppose I'm just naive about some things..

You could make it healthier…just make sure all your ingredients are organic, and use tallow instead of machine lubricant (seed oils)

Yeah. Just solid rain. It’s much worse in east TN/west NC. Entire towns have been washed away. One sheriff said it got so bad they had to leave bodies behind. Eastbound I40 at the state line literally crumbled away into the river. There are a couple sections like this:

There is a lot more carnage and destruction if you search Helene Tennessee or Helene North Carolina on X.

I know that area, spent my childhood in Oak Ridge. Was in Atlanta for Opal but this one looks to be much worse for the mountains. Really sad, hard to prepare to get everyone out of the way of that, and the most vulnerable always seems the hardest.
