OEM premium LEDs to the darker TRD PRO headlights should be a direct swap. OEM LED reflectors to OEM premiums/TRD pros are not possible. no harness exist unfortunately.

Search around for Canbus on why you can't, with some work you could go from Projectors to OEM LED's but it won't be feasible going from OEM LED to the premium projectors. Basically the premium projectors are computer controlled and you no have the computer to control them.

Your only option is going to be aftermarket if you want different headlights, which there are options out there for that and they'll probably be cheaper than OEM.

Canbus isn’t really why you can’t do this as this is “easily” worked around. The simple answer is that no one has built a harness so at this time, not possible with off the shelf options.

Huh as I understood it the lights need a constant 12v source and a signal from the canbus to turn on between highbeam, lowbeam, and turn signals.

    Whats the easy workaround?

relays and readily available circuit boards. Very similar to the thread that shows how to work the OEM lightbar switch.
While not exactly the same, I have used this company before when I upgraded my Silverado from halogen to HID/LED projectors

easily worked around once that product exists..... Or consult your electrical engineer buddy to make a custom circuit board w/ some some relays to get the canbus driven light to function with a standard 12v relay driven system in the SR5. Eazy peezy

Thanks for the links. Since AlphaRex makes this conversion the other way around, I wonder if they would make an adapter for us if there was enough interest out there

There was a day you could replace existing bulbs with brighter LED's--I did that with my last two Highlanders. The lights on this Tundra, however, are a completely different critter. Think I'll leave 'em be.
