I really like my Pixel 4a but I've replaced the battery and the screen once already and I recently cracked the screen again. I may just stick with my old Samsung A5 when this one finally gives up the ghost.

Saw a "deal" from my phone company where you could get $800 off a new phone. I don't even want to know what it would cost without the deal if they're able to give that much of a discount.

When my wife was in the hospital overnight after giving birth to our kids, it seems whoever put together the meals for the maternity ward didn't get the memo about nursing mothers needing an extra 400 calories a day.

Her breakfast was a third of a waffle and a container of milk.
Plus a breakfast sandwich, coffee and doughnut that I went out to pick up for her.

 

But it's free healthcare...

 

I'm still running a Pixel 4a as well. My battery is good so far. What are you doing to your phone to break the screen? This particular phone of mine has been dropped 20+ feet to concrete at least twice and is fine.

I've never cracked or broken a screen in my life, even when I was in construction and welding. Every phone I have goes in an Otterbox, but I never put the screen protector on.

 

Lynyrd Skynyrd was the same. One member formed a tribute band, got to use the name, and made some money.

Irrelevant.. but I just got a screen printer for my laser engraver and have been dicking around with it. Pops asked for a Scout shirt for his bday (he collects and has about fifteen of them, I have one ‘78). Made up a design for the Rallye and it came out freakin AWESOME! Made one for my husband and myself I liked it so much.

 

Doc just called wife made through the procedure very good but they decided to keep her here tonight just to be safe
Just means a few more back forth trips to Boston 30miles = 1.25 - 2.5 hrs

Big time. I had an angiogram a few months ago, went in through wrist. I was awake and got to watch my heartbeat on the monitor. No blockages, no stints needed. .

Glad she’s doing fine.
