I wouldn’t be concerned with the payments per se, but I do like the rule of thumb that the value of one’s toys with wheels and engines shouldn’t exceed 50% of your household income.

What is the Carvana quote for it?

Dealer quotes are random one offs based upon their motivation to sell what you are buying. Not information generally useful to anyone not buying from same dealer as you

Yep the last time I checked my 23 limited hybrid trd OR hit 49750 from carvana but it isn't subject to the recall. I love my truck though so hopefully, I won't have the issues with it.

It still doesn't mean anything. Like I said he could have put down 250k. It's all relative.

We don't know the OPs financial situation and not sure why some are making a big deal about it. Not sure why people care or Dave Ramsey podium preach.

Bet that Lambo is pretty sweet though...wouldn't mind ripping around in that. Nothing sounds like one.

I too have seen $1500-$2000 month for Porsches and Lambos but they are $200 plus K money.

Except for perhaps the Audi’s with which they share the 5.2 V10. Think of all the money you could save! Lol

Yeah, we had boats and there were some good times. But also like they say, the two happiest days for a boater are the day he buys the boat and the day he is able to get rid of it.

Op checkout other options: Carmax, Carvana, etc. or just keep it at this point until the recall is completed.

I was offered 35k for a 24 SR5 4x4 (SR5 prem/conv, XP, Spray liner ,etc etc $61k sticker) with 34,950 miles. (just wanted to see what I would get offered lol haven't owned the truck long). They said they don't have much to compare it to for market. KBB says $43,025-$46,343 for trade estimate.

Get a KBB instant cash offer. See where it puts you. I did it on my Taco and the dealership gave me 1K more than that.

I should clarify it was a Ford dealership. Sadly, Toyota doesn't make anything that fits my needs anymore.

I got $45,500 on trade for my ‘22 SR5 about 3 months ago at a GM dealership. The Toyota dealer I bought it from was a $5000 lower offer. They knew…

    Tundras go 1,000,000 miles
I'm only 1/10 the way there
That's should not affect the value
    Hehehe

A high mileage tundra is 2 million miles, right?

I like your optimism and I hope you're right. Realistically though, the previous million mile tundras cannot be used to boost the value of the current iteration because they are so very different. If it were a naturally aspirated V8, sure, but a TTV6.... I don't see them hitting the million mark.

    Hope I'm wrong.
