How best to fix and prevent intercooler damage?

    What is it that you thought looked terrible when it was attached directly to the grill? Seems like the easiest solution. I inspected my intercooler rads this morning and they are taking a beating.

    How the heck do you access the intercoolers without taken the front end off this truck (24) I got so much crap down in there it’s crazy! I need to clean it all out!

    2" RC Leveling Struts
    You have to take the grill/bumper off (If you want to do it properly for installing a protective screen.) It's actually pretty easy, though, and comes off all as one big piece.

    so I seriously have to remove the grill and bumper to clean that area? oh boy!
    I was hoping there would be a much easier way lol

    I was mainly referring to removing it for installing a protective screen, but if you need full access for cleaning, removing it is probably the best option. It seriously only takes about 10-15 minutes to remove.

    Yeah, I have seen a few videos on it. Just stinks I have to do that to remove debris from there.
