    If I had a million dollars, first thing I would do is put one of these extended cabs on my access cab. What were they called, anyone know?

    kentuckyMarksman is correct. Friend had one in high school and was quite roomy for any pick up at the time

    But why? Looks like all you would gain is 6 inches of head room but you would lose two doors. Not a trade off I would make, but TEHO.
