The design is so simple. Just remember you can adjust the slice count and darkness.

    Enjoy the usable counter space!

Radiator is in. The Zionsville oil cooler that fit the OEM radiator, didn't fit the CSF. I had to bend the welded on mount & had to make a new removable mount.

    Radiator is thinner.

    Cooler too wide
    [IMG]
Used an aluminum shelf mount I got to mount the super charger coolant reservoir. (had 2 left)
First use of the new saw, Dremel was taking too long.

Did you try putting it on ramps or jacking up the front so the radiator is higher than the engine? Might be worth a shot.

It was on both sides, now just the passenger side.

    Shroud came, installed the Spal.

Waiting to see if I can get it to run before I install as it may all be coming out to do the water pump

What fan speed controller are you using with that? I swapped out the crank spun fan with the Mishimoto e fan, but their controller is just based on radiator temp and doesn't adjust fan speed at all.

It is running on the OEM switch, the problem is it's getting hot immediately. Neither the mechanical nor AC/Spal running cools it down. I am certain the issue is either air in the system or the water pump. I have another new water pump, I'm going to vacuum purge/fill & hope that solves the issue, if not, the new water pump will go in.

Verified it held pressure, pulled a vacuum, filled the coolant.

    Sitting overnight, ambient was 101.

Got up to 187 & stayed there, gauge stays in the middle up to 220.

    Bought these:

Sent them directly to a company in Chicago to rebuild & Powdercoat to look like this:

They are based on Stoptech ST-65 calipers & use 406x35 Toyota specific rotors no one else makes that are 650 retail from Toyota only drilled (I prefer slotted) and I most likely will need 20" wheels ( I am happy with my 18" TRD PROS)

    So there's that.

Looks like I'll need at least 20".

I like the TRD PRO look. Irritating

Those are very cool, I can't imagine what 22" ATs would cost, plus I'm hoping to keep the TRD PRO look.

Found the rotors on eBay, asked about the right one, they said they are NLA and people use 2 left's. WTF? It's a DIRECTIONAL rotor.

I ordered the right from Toyota.

But I think you'll be pleased with them! I had the SOS ST-60 calipers on my Tacoma and dude...noticeable difference! I never researched to much for the Tundra, but is there a Brake Booster upgrade like there is for the Tacoma? At least for the non-TRD trims you can do an upgrade. The TRD trims use an electronic master cylinder so no need.

I'll look into it. I'm collecting the parts to use when the new pads & rotors I installed a few months ago are done, at the rate I drive 2 years to be at 1/2. By then, I hope to have been able to find 20" LC Heritage bronze rims.

Just got an email from the local dealer canceling the bolts, I assume because they are TRD Nazis & need a TRD VIN for anything TRD.

Called the other dealer to see if they would add a second set of bolts to the rotor, no, it comes from the distro center directly OH & it's on backorder. Ok, no problem, how long say I?

Uh no ETA she says as if it's perfectly normal to have an open-ended backorder. I say there is no ballpark? Could be a week, could be 10 years, that gets an annoyed 2-12 weeks.

So many unpleasant responses run through my head, I remind myself it's not her fault and say thanks for your time, have a great day. click.
