I just bought a 19 TRD Pro, and want to swap out brake, front/rear turn signals with LED bulbs. Do I need can-bus or load resistors in order for them to work and not throw codes on the Tundra? Thanks for any assistance.

    cheers,

    scott

Depending on your budget, I would look at the taillight conversion known as Hottails from @memario1214. It makes all 4 positions running lights as well as brake lights. It also utilizes a switchback in the reverse bulb for the turn signals. For the front, look at the V6 Triton from Vleds.

You will need a set of resistors. I’m running Led eveything, and only needed resistors in the rear blinkers to keep everything happy.

I used Sylvania Zevo turns and ended up putting resistors in both driver & passenger side, but never had an issue after that.

VLEDs probably won't have that issue.
