I never had a beard until I went to Africa in 2018 and had severe weight limits eliminating everything but essentials. Then I kept it as a memory of Africa. I have shaved it a couple of times as I am not tied to it and as it gets more gray I am considering shaving it off.
Beard net is easy but I would be willing to shave it.

YEAH BUDDY! 545lbs light weight baby!! FYI, that’s exactly like picking up 3.5 of me…all at the same time. That’s a heck of a lot of weight. Luckily i’m not big or strong enough to lift heavy at the gym, so i’m not too worried about getting hurt there (i still make it a point to have good form though). But there’s usually something fairly heavy that i have to lift on the farm that will injure me.


VERY interesting info about nerve damage and pain. That would make sense since i did quite a bit of nerve damage to my foot…along with whatever additional nerve damage was subsequently cause by the surgery afterwards.


About a month after my 1st surgery, i got some sort of ultra “restless leg” action going on. More accurately it was along the lines of a grand map seizure from my hip down to my toes. My leg was jumping around like crazy. I’d try to be laying down sleeping on the couch at 2am in the morning, and my whole leg would be jumping up and down. I’d have to physically hold it in place with my hands. I did find that if i pressed on a certain nerve in my inner groin area, then the spasms would immediately quit. That manifestation went on and off for about 5 days.

It’s been about 3 year since my surgery and my foot still does strange things. Nothing really painful, but my little pinky toe tends to have a mind of its own. It seems to always wants to go weee weee weee, all the way home. I now am able to independently control just my pinky toe from all my other toes on my foot, which is interesting.
