Drove the bride’s Rav4 across the state and back this weekend. Man I like this car. We just hit 10k miles on the clock.

The adaptive cruise is fantastic for driving in heavy freeway traffic. Good pep. I had to pass a nimrod in the right lane and hit triple digits before I realized I did so.

31 mpg for the entire trip, with the majority of that at freeway speeds of 75-80.

 

Yeah the IRS makes a tremendous difference. One thing I’ve noticed with Mustangs, you have to stay on the throttle to control the oversteer, can’t just let go of the gas all of a sudden. Atleast that has been my experience correcting over steer, the moment you let of the gas the car continues sideways…

Not utterly indistinguishable from one another, but they do look very similar. They look like the same car with a mid gen refresh or a regular and sport trim.

Yeah, and add the red 'stang from above and it just looks like a refresh of the same car. A little sleeker lines is all, and that is using the word "sleek" very generously.

I guess I should clarify, I never saw a focus in that era and didn't know they existed. My mother's last husband had a Tempo, so that's the one I know.

 

When I think of the Ford Tempo my mind comes up with a blob of silly putty on a hot summer day.

On a more positive note, you need to put some 'middle finger in the air' cut outs in the middle of your spot lights... That would be freakin' cool to pull up to the side of a building or shine through some douche's rear window a giant middle finger when you flip the switch on the spots... Kinda like your own version of the bat signal

The fox body mustang GT looks much better in the slightly cheaper LX 5.0 version hatchback with the rear spoiler.
