Hotshot Off-road

I have contemplated writing something up and after finding this thread here’s my take.

as a new member here ( or any online community) I am cautious about buying from vendors, recommended or not.
I am glad to have had the opportunity to work with Hotshot Off-road.
Stand up people who will go above and beyond to ensure that you the customer has a positive experience buying from them.

if there is an issue they will not leave you hanging but will do their do diligence to correct any discrepancy.


I highly recommend them and just want to give you the reassurance to buy with confidence!!!

I've had a few different email exchanges with Colton and he's the real deal. No gimmicks, no games, no BS. Stand up guy doin an amazing job of delivering the product and great service to the customer. It's hard to find these days.

 

Agreed with everyone here, I even wrote my own thread cuz we need more companies to stand behind their products AND customer service.

 

@memario1214 is Cru. There is no better company out there. They will always truly support this community and every customer they have.

As everyone has said, Colton is great to work with. Answers questions and truly aims to help you select the correct product for your needs and budget. He doesn't just push the expensive items but really works to provide that A+ customer service. As such, I know I recommend him to lots of folks both here and at work. He is worth supporting and hopefully this forum helps keep him in business so we all benefit for years and years to come.

 

I've bought stuff from Colton a few different times. Always helps me get exactly what I'm looking for. I recommend his shop to everyone I can when they ask.

Another vote for Colton! He has answered plenty of stupid questions from me and also called me directly to help resolve a warranty issue from a past purchase. Also great pricing, fast shipping, and top notch service all around.

 

Just want to give another shout out to @memario1214. I pinged him this morning for the old mans 4runner and he got him all sorted out. New bilstein 8112/8100 bypasses and upper control arms on the way.

 

What was he running before?

 

Stock on the 4 runner, they've been using the FJ a lot but now the light is on the runner.

 

Hotshot is the goat. I had a bulb from my hotharness kit that went bad and he had a new bulb in my hands in literally less than 48 hours from Colton contacting me

 

Don’t forget to check out the hotshot scratch & dent / clearance section. Those lights need love, too!


Colton is a very great dude. I always make sure to rep hit shirt anytime I can when out on the trail.
