What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Lock'er Down console safe installed. Very nice piece to say the least and it's going to be great to be able to lock up everything.

 

Mondaythis week I took it to the dealer to have them serivce my truck. They tell me the brakes up front are down to 3mm and need replaced now. I tell them thank you but no thanks, I’ll get them done.

So Tuesday guess what I did? I installed brake pads on all four corners, since the wheels were off and the brakes were all good now I installed my Spidertrax 1&1/4” wheel spacers on all four wheels! DAMN SON it looks 100% better than what it looked like wothout them.

Thursday, my friend Jay and I installed Hikari LED’s in the head light and VLEDs in the fog lights.

Replaced my battery as a precaution. I have almost 4 years on the OEM battery, maybe it would have lasted another 4, maybe it would have went soon, but now she's fresh....

 

Just pulled the trigger on these little "necessities"(I keep telling myself and I've started to believe it).
Hey I did show some self control because I went in thinking I might "need" a bubba rope gator jaw soft shackle too. I'm really proud of myself (sarcasm) for deciding to hold off for now and revisit that down the road if I feel the need for it. Can't have an almost new truck, new winch, bumper, ect.... then have some old shitty, used and abused winch accessories. I think that completes just about everything I felt I needed. Unless I hit the lotto I don't play I think the DAP tune and headlight upgrade I still feel needed might have to wait for tax season. The bed stamp lettering and other small things I want including a super charger but don't feel I need will wait longer, so I say. Think I'll stop burning bills for a while and get around to doing a build thread to keep me involved on the site, scratch my mod bug bite, and help others. With all I've now done and approaching complete and total satisfaction with the way my truck sits I think a build thread will help many others and distract me from spending more money for a little while. I'll substitute spending more $ and adding more to it for now with pictures, words, and answering questions on all I've done n spent til now in modification. Might work,fingers crossed.

In Texas I believe we do....but if you can turn it off while operating the vehicle then it's fine

Now that the initial mass buy of FRAC harness kits have been assembled and delivered, I have a little time to think about a couple future mods. Not sure exactly which mod will be next in the design cycle, but I did order '18 LED Headlights yesterday...

 

What Kind Of Bumper Do you have on your Truck with the winch??? That Is the Perfect Set up..Still looks Factory.

 

Got a bath and spray wax detail, nothing special.... Yearly Clay bar, seal, and wax coming soon before they start slinging salt and shit
