    Has anyone run into trouble?

the dealer agreed to put on an rc levelling kit but told me they would have to disable collision detection. Sounds like bull to me, plenty of lifted ones on here.

Yeah, not sure why they told you that. I have the 2" RC leveling struts on the front of mine with no issues.

It depends on the amount of lift and tire size.

Could you keep PCS on after lifting it 6 inches? Probably, but I'm gonna err on the side of caution and follow the specs.

I've read that the issue people run into with too much of a lift + PCS is that the sensors are out of whack. You'd think Toyota would allow for a higher lift for the Tundra at least...

Yeah, just have a system for adjusting it, then everything would be fine. Looks like i'll be fine if I stay under a 4" lift. I'm going 1.75, at a push might add another inch with tyres. This truck (and the dealer) is starting to get on my nerves

That's my plan too. Factory TRD 3" lift + tires just below 35s to keep it within 4 inch overall lift. After that, we'll see if I wanna go bigger.

PCS isn't a huge deal breaker but it is nice to use the lane centering and adaptive cruise control for long drives.

I had to have my system recalibrated after my leveling kit was installed. After that, it was fine again.

I have a 3" lift and 35" tires with no recalibration. If anything, I find it to more sensitive and annoying at times. But I live with it to look this damn good.
