2011 tundra and my 1st major failure. Looks like the vally heat exchanger is leaking down the bell housing. Anyone know a ballpark park price to be repaired. Thanks again. 343xxx miles
    Other then maintance
    1. Right rear wheel bearing

If you don’t want to tackle this yourself - I believe a fair price is going to be just north of $1,000. It’s pretty much all labor.

The 5.7 coolant valley leak is not exactly uncommon. If you're handy at all, this is a DIY-able job for sure. Interestingly enough, it seems to be more common on the 200 series platform (LC200/LX570). Lots of info over at ih8mud.com in the 200 series section.

What did you pay for your valley plate coolant leak?

DIy is a option. BUT with my schedule by the time I take off work because I travel with my truck the money lost out ways the money spent I don't have a 3rd car. So we shall see.

1st unofficial quote 1890 parts and labor
