Welp, I fv(k3d up my back again. I walk 15 or 20 miles most weeks, and have been feeling great, so I decided to jog some of the last mile yesterday. Anyone ever tell you not to do that if you have back problems? Yeah. Felt great while I was jogging, but an hour later I was at the sink peeling some eggs for breakfast and got a bolt of lightning in L1 or 2. If history serves as a gauge I'll be back to normal in 4 weeks or so. Probably should get the MRI this time instead of letting the doc tell me it's just a pulled muscle. Putting on socks this morning was a test...

Definitely get the imaging if you can afford it. My friend is paying the price for doctors blowing off his pain. It may cost him so much. Don't let them do it to you.

I'm in trades/labor, I'm 57. Been working hard np for all those years along side 20-30-40year olds np. This injury has taken significant wind from my sails....
