When I first started getting into cars, I got a job at a lube shop and I was mainly greeting customers, checking tires and adding washer fluid. Anyways there was this Honda that came in with like 85psi in one tire and the other three were like 25psi. I don't know how they didn't notice the one tire was riding different. Maybe they thought of they filled one up, they'd automatically level themselves out and redistribute to the rest? :not sure:
Very nice cars. I'd love to own one myself someday. Sorry a out your mom. I hope she recovers soon and I'm glad she enjoys her new to her Lexus.
SC short bed would be the tits. Throw on a Bullet supercharger, long tubes with dual exhaust, SOS 2"/4" drop kit, swap the bed for a step side, and custom make some THUNDRA badges for that bad bitch.

Then go find some Lightnings and Harley Davidson F150's to race.

I was looking a few months back when @FiatRunner scored his. There's a shortage of nice ones in my area. You either get pristine ones with under 130k miles that are selling in the low-upper teens, or ones at $7k and below that are dogged out. I wasn't seeing a middle area.

It was also hard to figure out how to know if they had any of the problematic options (like with LC and LX470/J100), with regard to suspension and whatever else. I forget what those options are, I'm sure @FiatRunner knows.

Yeah, the hardest part about buying one can really be finding one to buy. Just like you said- cars in the middle ground are uncommon and sell fast. The car I helped my mom purchase is one of the pristine ones, mine is the other end of the spectrum.

There are really only a few commonly problematic options- and they're all on the highest trim levels. Want a reliable car? Keep it low spec.

Of course these days we need to wonder if that post was doctored by someone.

Either way...I'm all for trying to get teens to avoid substances while their brain is still developing. It can do some real damage, especially when you're young. But lying to people isn't the answer, and more often than not backfires.

So @des2mtn what do you think of me trying 35x10.5r17 as front tires and 35x11.5r17 as the rears and spare?
$280 for five tires. 2 Kenda Klever RT and 3 Toyota Open Country. I'm seriously considering it.

Pass. Can’t rotate. Might not even be the same diameter between brands. My thoughts anyway.

I thought about that and by the time I need to rotate I just buy new tires. These are so cheap and more of a trial run.

I've seen a first gen Sequoia fit 35's (I don't recall the width) with SPC UCAs ✓
1" body lift ✓ (not installed, yet posses)
Solo LCAs (might buy on Black Friday)
Trimmed metal to fit 33's ✓

I'm convinced I can make it work with the 10.5's in front with what I got once install the body lift. Possibly pre-Solo

Remember, @Casper421 did all of this except for the body lift and he was nowhere near actually clearing 35's, both at the fender and the firewall. Body lift still wouldn't have let him fully clear. Lots of metal at both the fire wall and the fender still would've needed to be sawed off.

I'm not against a 1" body lift either, and might reduce the amount of tubbing needed, but it won't completely eliminate the need to cut into the cab and fenders.

Im only gonna be rolling 33” tires. Don’t need the body lift. Probably more trouble than it’s worth for me, would just be for the appearance.
