Not wrong. For example, my left bicep is slightly (prob won’t even measure a difference) slightly bigger than my right bicep. My left quad is slightly bigger than my right, at least when I see it lol

 

Once you’re on, you’re on. There’s no going back. My body literally stopped producing test. They tried HCG, but it wouldn’t kick up again. Like I said before, everyone’s “optimal level” is different. 350 shows me in “normal range” ok it doesn’t take into account my lifestyle. 350 I don’t feel optimal. I feel much better at around the 1k range lol

I’m usually up around 530 for the gym. Sleeping in tmrw and going to do some super light leg work to keep the blood moving (doc said I can. He wants zero intensity so my body can focus on healing the shoulder). The wife is going with me to babysit that. What I have lined up, I can prob do in 15-20 mins. It’ll take me 2-3x as long tmrw it’s just basic crap

 

Ah, sorry man. I misread that. With the wife I’ll say on 3, and she’s pulling me (not hard, but just enough to cut out the slack) and tries to stay in spot so I can get up to it.
Oh for sure. She’s going to learn anyway. She’s on path to be a pediatric and I think has to do CNA clinical this year..I think. She’s going to see the dirty shit before ah d and learn to care for patients

Everything in life is a risk. These young kids need to get as lean muscle as they can and then explore it if needed. Too many just see IG and say fuck it in doing it and they just listen to the advice of some influencer, instead of someone who knows wtf they are doing. Kids will blast for a year instead of giving ur body a break and just cruising after 12-16 weeks. They then overtake every compound and buy cheap shit and when it’s not effective, because it’s under dosed, they then blast it more and fuck up all of their health markers.

 

Yep. Keep doing the exact way you described it. It’s a lot more helpful than you know unless you’re in that spot. Getting up by myself to pee is a challenge and takes me a few mins

 

We’re in CO. lol. Not many pools out here. I have one buddy that has a pool and would def let me be in it. I guess I’ll just see how things progress with PT as I go.
