Yeah, I hate the headache that meds induce. Hydrocodone specifically for me. Gave me a headache and cottonmouth, and did nothing for pain. Threw that shit in the trash. Hope they have you on something better, but overall hoping you can get off the pain meds. Pain sucks, but it's temporary.

That's no more of a lift in the front than the Pro's have on their OE setup, and they're running the same CVs you have...

So, based on that alone, I'd say the height of the lift isn't the issue

Fatty red meat is better. Fiber's benefit is exaggerated at best, and a myth at worst.

So have I. There is at least one study I know of that counters the fiber myth, but I've not found any that support it. Just the commonly accepted push of "you need more fiber" with nothing substantial behind it.

I meant no data to support it. No studies conducted that show higher fiber is of benefit. The only studied benefit I've seen for fiber is that intake before a meal (pre meal salad for example) can reduce fat absorption. Nothing in a study that I am aware of shows that it improves gut issues or helps with constipation. Granted, not a big issue for me so I've not done tons of research into it, but the only thing I hear is what equates to ancient ads and old wives' tales.

 

I understand your point - and my point is anecdotal evidence of myself that it worked post-surgery for me but everyone is different.

 

Medically speaking I truly believe this is the case. There's no single perfect diet for everyone. There are, however, certain things that are generally true or completely true ( for example: veganism is a terminal condition) and a whole lot of agendas built around making money that muddy the waters on health.

 

We used to talk shit to each other on a daily basis because that's just who we are, miscreants. Now we're actually talking about what's the best way to take a shit, god this thread really delivers.
