I've zip tied, changed the bezels, re-mounted, and everythinged my crap can rigid fog lights and for the last 50k or so miles they are just kind of fallen back through the bezels and are bouncing around inside the bumper. I've clipped them back in a few times, but they fall out after a little bit and I'm tired of taking it all apart and fixing it. On the bright side the fog lights don't work anymore so you cant tell at night that they are giant pieces of s. I still love my truck at 150k miles and don't want a new one. Has anyone found a working replacement fog light that wont bounce or fall out, or just works? I saw someone was machining an aluminum mounting bracket, but that thread looks like its old enough that they aren't doing that any longer. My truck does spend time off road so the solution has to be sturdy enough not to come undone the first time the truck comes off the ground.

It won't be for the Rigid pods, but I am working on something over here at Hotshot Offroad that should solve your problem... :spy: The OEM setup sucks.

I should have it available in the next 2-3mos with any luck.

I was looking at morimoto but the dimensions are not the same. I wish they would make things more standardized

Hopefully for the Diode Dynamics fogs? Mine bounce pretty bad.

I ordered Cali Raised fog lights and a light bar since they will be in there anyway (both amber) to the local 4 wheel parts and they will install them next week. I will try to remember to post my thoughts once they are installed.

Hello guys.. I recently purchased a 2019 cpo PRO with 20k miles.

I noticed the flickering and both my fogs feel and look like they are about to fall out. It’s worn the paint out off around the bezels

How bright are the caliraised? Brighter than the factory rigid? Will the factory rigid work with the brackets?

I've been watching this thread and I want to change out my rigids as well. I was thinking of going to the D series rigids but I am curious to see if the Diode Dynamics fit.
My OEM lights are square and after looking around I am not 100% certain what Lights to go with. Someone suggested that I find out what connection is used for the OEM installed rigid lights, because if its not the H11 connector I may have to do some alterations.
can anyone confirm what connection you have ?

Our fog lights are definitely brighter then the factory rigid ones. They are very bright and useful in different situations, especially during the rain/fog season. It's also nice that you have three choices of light combinations by simply turning on/off the fog light switch to choose your desire lighting. If you have any questions please let us know .

UGH these are exactly what I want with my hotshot tail lights... I tried to open one up and accidentally ruined it :( I wish you could just put them in the oven to separate the lens

Yeah I'm not confident enough in them yet to offer this as a "service", but I do have some tricks up my sleeve that I am working on. Trying to source housings blown apart so that I can modify the guts without cutting them open. Just not sure if there's enough demand to justify... 50+ sets. :notsure:

Here they are installed. The light bar isn’t blinding g from this angle, but straight on, it’s like 10 sets of bright headlights. It’s great! And most importantly the fog lights don’t wiggle at all!
