Taylor, not Tyler, is my wife. I use her account since the admins banned mine. I use it a few times a year.

I shouldn't have been dishonest or misleading with that order screenshot. I'll take full responsibility for that. The screenshot I showed you is not a fake order. It's an actual order from Spring of 2023. Those lights were sold as honestly and transparently as possible but have since been discontinued. While they did kinda suck, lol, they were the only option at the time and made for a fun upgrade. The dozens of complimentary light replacements are 100% true.

It sounds like you are referring to the handwritten letter I sent Ryan. he, like you, love to hate on our family business, and I wanted to try to build bridges. I wrote a handwritten letter thanking him for his contributions to the community and asked if there was anything I could do for him. He responded by continuing to spread lies about our company and selling OEM parts on ebay using our listing photos without permission. His consistent argument was that we were overpriced. His ebay prices for OEM parts were higher than ours.

I'm truly sorry that you felt lied to on your $70 order in 2022. I would love to earn your trust back if you're willing.

Diode Dynamics lightbar kit includes a camera relocation bracket as well. I did wescott when I made the original grille swap and then got a surprise extra bracket in the DD kit. Happy to ship it to someone or hand it off so it doesn't go to waste. I'm in NC

There are several choices like the ones already mentioned and I think there is one in the Gen 3 Marketplace as well.

I was able to get a Westcott one and then found another one in my lightbar kit from DiodeDynamics.

 

Wow. Note to self: Rave = shady customer service...and you did it to yourself.

 

yep...dude is a straight up liar and wonders why I do not support his shadiness. I saw right through his BS and have been warning others since...family owned or not, idgaf.

 

I have dealt with Rave on a few occasions and I haven't experienced this shadiness.

The 2 items I ordered were as expected and international shipping seemed to be fine.

I have the 3 grille lights and haven't had the initial water ingress issues with the ones I have.

Maybe the price was a bit higher than if I shopped around but the product and delivery are/were fine.

 

Lesson to small/family owned businesses: don’t fabricate receipts nor post as your wife on public forums. You’ll get found out and called out…it’s the internet. Not a good look for potential customers (formerly, me).
