I'm looking to add the Eibach kit springs and shocks on my '24 Lunar Rock as well. Your ride looks nice. What setting where your Eibach's put in for the front shock? Looks pretty level, want to make sure I don't continue to have too much of a rake or front lift. Thanks!

Just picked up my 2024, Platinum, Hybrid, 4x4, CrewMax, TRD off-road, 6.5' bed Tundra on Monday. I'm deep into researching lifts, wheels, tires, and other mods. I'm curious how you all are color-matching the front grille mustache? That's one of the first things I want to do. Links would be great, thanks!

 

My is almost identical to yours but was the Limited. It came with a color-matched stash. I have the same Wild Peak tires and 20 in wheels. No lift. I would like to get 34s but really don't want to do a 3" lift.

 

I barely started upgrading mine. Started by blacking out the chrome. In the process of shopping around for leveling kit and tires.

 

His and Hers.. I have my Whipple Supercharged 2012 Tundra to my daughter. A true Raptor killer, she was. Now it's a new project with the 2024.

 

@romanlegion how are you liking those wheels? Icon are on my short list because they fit the hub and have the offset/bs I want. My only other experience is with SCS (4Runner), which I liked for the same reasons. So hard to decide without good visuals though!

 

Nice trucks fellas! You all have convinced me to get the Tundra tailgate tufskinz and probably the grill “tundra” and TRD as well but in lunar rock and red respectively. Or maybe both lunar?!

Sorry for the late reply. I haven't been on here a while. The wheels look great and I like them a lot. I have a 2nd set of ICON Recon 17X8.5, but they're in charcoal color and 0 offset. That's what is on the Tundra now. I like how they look more than the satin black +25 offset that were on the truck previously. The only thing you need to know if you decide to get the 0 offset is that they only have it in 106.1 hub bore so you will have to buy a set of hubcentric rings. I hope this helps.

 

Hey Lunar folks. Currently on the hunt for an Sr5 or Limited Lunar Rock with the TRD OR package. I've seen a bunch but most of them have the chrome trim which I don't want. Is it a special package or trim I'm looking for that has the chrome delete? Or is it just random from the factory. Hope to be joining you all soon. Thanks for the help

2024 limited with trd OR automatically have Nightshade package which deletes all chrome (except the hood vent badges in the hybrids).

all TRD sport and TRD Pro also have color matched stach from stock.

I always thought it was stupid that adding Trd off-road to an SR5 added the chrome mustache. if it came color matched, I would’ve ended up buying one a year ago

edit: XP package also gives you color match, but is a rip off. It’s like a $3000 appearance package. You might as well just do a limited with off-road package and get actual functionality

I be paid $58.5k back in May. 1.99 for 48 months. You should be able to do better now, trucks are sitting.

 

That's about the price I'm targeting. They are asking 62 which I obviously won't do. I've had a hard time getting them to move here in town.

 

You can go up to 35’s with no lift. (I’d post pic but you guys would be jealous of the color)

Just curious from everyone on here, how do you describe Lunar Rock as a color to someone who has no idea?? lol I haven't even had mine a week yet and I'm finding that I am caught up in saying "it's bluish/greenish/grayish... you'll just have to see it in person!"

That's mainly what I've stuck with telling people.

 

Just bought last weekend. Always been a GM guy, but had a ‘24 3.0 duramax that wouldn’t stop giving me problems and made the jump. Absolutely love it!

 

Nice build! How's that shell holding up and how much was it? Can't find a price for it.
