If you’re in limp mode you’ll have codes. Scan codes. Tell us the codes.

Also, tell us the year and engine in your truck. Tell us the donor year and engine. And whether you used your harness or the other trucks harness.

p0773 is transmission related. IIRC, that's a code that you can try swapping the solenoid, but it may or may not last.

p1760 also transmission related. The two together make me suspicious if there's not something else going on. Fluid levels look good, or are you low? Did someone put the wrong transmission fluid in it? Years 00-02 use (DexII or higher), which is different fluid than '03-'04 (Type T-IV) and '05-'06 uses even different fluid (WS).

p1126 is throttle related IIRC. More info on that here: https://www.tundras.com/attachments/dtc-p1126-pdf.804659/

p1120 is throttle position. Given it existing with p1126, I'm thinking these two codes are related to a throttle body issue ... I want to say the throttle body on an '01 and '04 are different, you did use the TB from your original truck, right? Not from the donor?

Without knowing more about the install, it's tough to say. But the codes would suggest you have a throttle body issue, and a transmission issue.

The 2001 sensors will probably have different shaped connectors on them, but i assume that got sorted when you swapped the engine harnesses?

And what Shifty said about the throttle bodies. The 2001 is going to have an actual throttle cable, while the 2004 will be electrical. FYI, i swapped a 2004 engine into my 2000 tundra not to to long ago.
