Upgrade Tie Rod Ends

Anyone had any luck finding some heavy duty after market tie rod ends?

I know this thread is old but want to know if it’s worth it? I changed my suspension like 3-4 times in one year finding the right set up for me. So now I have 3.5” lift, UCA and spacer for sway bar but both joints on my tie rod look blown and when turning like in or out of a spot here a clunk. Truck has 40k

 

It can be a few things and here’s what I’d check first. The tie rod moving sharply or your UCA is loose and moving sharply. You can take the cotter pin out and remove the castle nut, and then remove the tie rod end from the steering knuckle. If it moves easily it’s getting warn out.
For the UCA’s loosen the bolts and then grease the bushings through the zerk fittings (if your UCA’s have them), then re-tighten the bolts to spec.
I’m also in the market for tie rod ends and the ones @Coachbuilder1 has look like they are the best quality in the market.
