Right at the end of a work gig in South Carolina, hit a pothole getting on the onramp and made a horrible wham but didn't seem to change the ride and drove for a couple hundred miles assuming all was good. Saw my car in the driveway and noticed the front right was sitting visibly lower.

Looks like the shock spring is busted since it appears uncoiled and loose compared to the left one. PICS attached. Right is busted, left pic is for reference.

Down the road I do want to lift everything up but I need to get through some bills the next couple months, I was looking at
    https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog...on,shock+/+strut+&+coil+spring+assembly,15174
and the ultra-power and Monroe looked good to me.
    Any opinions in here?
    thanks for looking.
My friend has a shop so we will install it.

Oof. Hate to see that. Time for some suspension upgrades!

If it's really only going to be temporary and you just can't afford anything better right now go with the cheapest pre assembled set you can get your hands on.

If your lower ball joints are original I'd highly recommend doing those with new OEM and new bolts while you've already got it apart.

If you go with the quickstrut option (coil and shock assembled) be sure to keep your factory ones in case you upgrade to 5100's later. You'll need the original spring for those. Or just buy the 5100's not (about $250 a pair) and spend the money once.
