Is there a way to get the measurements of the cracked pan, and then have a sheet metal/HVAC shop make a slightly bigger pan that could go under the old one? They could probably add a drain line connection to it so you can mount your safety switch, and your condensate pump wouldn't have to be moved. Is your unit horiz or vert ?

I just bought a new pan. Replacing the plastic with an aluminum one. Just waiting to make sure that everything drys up and then going to barely lift the air handler and swap pans. Shouldn't be too terrible hard.

    Yes it is. :(

My dad is retired Airforce and is getting a disability check for Agent Orange exposure. Spread the word if anybody knows anyone, I think the compensation was approved last year.

Yep, I believe they added a bunch more presumptive conditions and made claims easier to file with the Pact Act.

Crazy twist to that whole thing; part of the side effects from AO is bladder cancer so my dad got screened and they found a huge non cancerous tumor pinching his sciatic nerve. He got that removed earlier this year, good to go!

This weekend’s project was to finish this dining room, mainly adding crown molding, caulking everything then repainting. Definitely a major (bold) paint change haha, but I like it.

And the final result. It is fully cured now and ready for me to move my stuff in and build out the rest of the garage. It turned out way better than I thought it would and I'm very happy with the results.

    Thank you.

That was my exact dilemma at my last house. I made sure there was funds for the floor at this house.

    Thank you.

I actually pulled the stairs out. I'll be painting the garage and likely redoing the stairs.

Coming up on 3 weeks into "main floor flooring replacement" I've got 1200 sqft of LVP down and wrapped up the half bath quick refresh. All that's left is to cut and install the rest of the quarter round and paint baseboards.

And because this is a tundra forum. Old man tan making 1000sq ft of old carpet and swollen wood laminate flooring look like nothing for a dump run

At least you lined up the siding grooves. I've seen a lot of "carpenters" fail in that regard.

I’m actually planning on adding a roof. I have some steel left over from when we had our roof redone. Maybe I’ll get to it this weekend.

Damn. Catching up on this thread.

Pretty sure 1.34 million was spent 450 posts ago.

Guess I'll add to it. Windows going in tomorrow and Friday.

24 windows total. Kinda hoping they have my doors as well.
