truck turns over, wont crank unless I leave in on position for 5-6seconds

    IMG_2987.jpgcould the plug with no connection to it be causing it, this is located near the driver side closest to windshield, have no clue what the plug connects to or why the truck sounds fine turning over but not wanting to crank.

    Dirt Deeds injectors, Addco rear sway, AEM dry flow air filter, last ever set of Stan's Try-Y headers, Borla full custom exhaust, front level, wheel spacers, and lots of electronics.
    I'd lean towards fuel pump or resistor. Disconnect the fuel pump resistor and see if it barks off immediately. Item circled in pic below.

    My 2000 has the same connector with a connector cover 82821-35050 plugged into it. Honestly I have no idea what that connector is for.
