    First Gen owners, Looking to see how I can install a larger fuel tank on my 2001 1st gen. Spare tire is mounted on the rear bumper and have all kinds of room for another tank where the Spare
    went. Any Help on this...

    Maybe an old K5 Blazer style fuel tank? It goes in a similar location. Have to check the width to see if it will fit in our frames. Would rig it up as a transfer tank to refill the main tank.

    There is a guy on TacomaWorld who put a 17 gallon tank for a 1980 f-150 into that spot on his first gen taco.
