I've heard of using a turbo for a muffler, and mufflers with turbo or something similar in their name, but this is first time I've heard of a muffler for a turbo. Interesting.

All it is is a resonance chamber fitted to the cold side discharge outlet to tone down the turbo wine through the intake system. "Luxury" performance, it's to help with ride noise in zee Germans minds. Jokes on them I'm into that shit. I really should delete it

I can tell you from experience, the kick drum in Jerry was a racecar driver is nuts, so is that one bass solos at the 2 and 3 minute mark are awesome. I want to say it's the second one where he slaps down the neck and it throws a hell of a lot. It's been a while though.

 

This POS wont die. Its had sticky trans valves since dad took it away from my brother. Chirps 2nd no matter what, and the only way to get it to shift half decent into 4th is to lift & trick it into shortshifting and half throttle & using the weak engine (at low rpm) as a clutch. So, i've gotta do it downhill, because it'll barely pust its own wind below 2krpm.


AS SOON AS!!! This thing shits the bed i'm finding a crown vic chassis for it. Dad wont pay to fix it. It'll wind up in my yard with all my other projects, but after 2ish months of only riding the minibike to the mailbox, i think i'd prefer a fast & obnoxious shitbox. Maybe hang a ring of 3/8" steel plate & play bumpercars. They might be killing tundra parts, but bros are gonna be making bros ford fuckin ranger parts for a while.

 

You need to bring that thing up here so we can have a 400hp showdown, forza style!

will it fit 15's or does it need 17's for the brakes? I'll bring the jeeps 235/75r15' so we'll have 2 pair to burn through. They've sat in the sun long enough its probably best to replace em. 5x4.5.

I remember hating the earlier ones (96-98) rolling into the shop because the keyless was tied to the head unit, so you had to bury it behind the dash if you wanted to upgrade. At least Honda was smart enough to undo that fuggup in 99-00.

I'm shocked at what people are charging for cars. At this rate, I may end up with a '08-'13 Mazda3 or something. I don't want one necessarily, but it seems like that's the only reasonably priced shit out there. But it also sounds like the '09-11 had issues with the dash getting gummy.

When dad was looking i found him a really nice millenia s or whatever (supercharged atkenson engine), for the same price as his q45, the infiniti won out because it has built in electric window shades.

 

About a year ago, I was driving to work and the highway was going from two lane to one on the southbound side. I was going the speed limit (50mph) in the black truck, when I see this Mazda hatchback in my mirror, coming in hot. I was almost to the bottle neck, so I floored it and that Mazdaspeed 3 buzzed right passed me.
That was the day I vowed to make my truck faster.

 

Growing up, the neighbors were these twins, a few years older than me. When they turned 16, their parents bought one a black 2 door 2nd gen 4R, the other got a black Xtra cab pickup/Hilux
