Ill be honest; when I get a truck I am not going back to Toyota. Too far behind on tech, and esp with their new engines no thanks. Personally I like the way the F150, GMC 2500 (6.0L?; gas) and Rams look. I know they do not have the greatest rep, but I will have a great warranty on any of them so it wont matter lol

What was the price diff between your trim and the Tremor? The Tremor has some badass interior stitching.

Tremor is a package that can be added to most trims.

Screenshot_20240724_105648_Google.jpgThe low price there would likely be close to my trim (XLT) and that is about 3 grand more than my truck's sticker. No, I did not pay sticker.

Ya I was looking at it last night (not buying) and seemed comparable to the FX4, but only with the badass stitching (I think the same shocks too, no?)

It's the mentality that inspires the wearing. Just like "who cares if they want to have purple hair" type of thing. It's frequently a red flag.

No clue. Requiring a V8 made options on the lot fairly limited.

Are most of you using oem brake rotors and pads? Or are you upgrading to power stop or something similar? When I tow my loads aren't extremely heavy, maybe 2 k on the trailer at most, and another 1k in the bed.

I'm starting to experience what seem like either a stuck caliper or wrapped rotors. At times when I brake going downhill I fell a shudder in the front end. And I'm not riding my brakes down long grades either, I typically put in manual shift to control my speeds.

My fronts do the same. Replaced the rear already with ebc green pads and ebc standard rotors, made quite a difference and Price seemed fair as well at $300CAD delivered.
EBC is big in the motorcycle world and make good stuff.
Rotors are completly painted or maybe its black oxide? should help with corrosion. Pads have a bedding compound on them as well. First run they were smelly and hot but good since.
