STravis Go Anywhere, Camp Anywhere Build

I found a guy that got me a decent quote for powdercoat a while back and finally had a chance to get the bed down to him. I got it back today and had a chance to install it and get everything buttoned up. It looks great all coated and done.

 

You've earned the title of dream Tundra from me. The design of that flatbed flows so well with the Tundra. Powdercoat was the cherry on top!

 

The truck looks unreal! You getting used to not using your rear view mirror now?

 

I never use mine either. Damn canopy and 37” spare in the back haha

I haven't been able to use an actual rear view mirror in years. The AT camper before this didn't have windows either. I've been using a wolfbox rear view mirror camera for a while and I like it.

 

Oh yeah, duh haha. Sweet that you already have a workaround for it!

 

I used the truck to haul another bed to powdercoat today.
Not too much going on with the build recently, but the new camper should be ready soon I hope and then the camper build out should be full steam ahead so we can use it pretty frequently this fall. Our new baby was born a couple weeks ago so we are really looking forward to having more space in the new camper.

I had the boss with me for a few errands and he spotted the carwash and wanted to help wash the truck, so it got a quick wash yesterday.

 

Hope you guys are staying safe with the wildfire in the area... Crazy seeing all the headlines in my feed talking about the Ruidoso fire.

 

Hey man, we're good out here in Nogal. Ruidoso is getting hammered though. Hopefully our monsoons start up pretty soon.

 

Major update this week! We picked up our camper on Thursday. We drove out to Flagstaff on Wednesday and back on Thursday to be in town to meet up with @Jonnynewton909 on Friday. We also met up with @Fergie while we were there and got to check out his sweet build.

I'll have some cool updates for the interior of the camper this week. We are trying to get out for a few days with the new baby and camper next weekend.

 

Dude just wow! Hands down one of the sickest Tundras on this planet haha. My future setup goals.

Those were on my short list until I found out OVRLND would do all kinds of custom stuff. I know a few people that have them and love them.
