    Weight reduction, mostly rust.
LOL! Right... But if you knew what I went through to get them off and change those fluids when I first bought it :bananadead: you'd know that some surface paint isn't even a factor.
I actually have thought about welding a nut on them to just make it easy peasy.

Running same tires on my Ferd. Worth every penny. Found a discount code on eBay for the discount tire store and saved a few bucks. My shipped total was $661.30.

I had those tires in 265/75r16 on my Tacomas with the FJ Trail Teams wheels.

Decided to change my PCV valve. A lot of carbon, but still good after blowing through it. Only one way as expected.

Those are fun. If the bed bolts come out I’d suggest to loosen them all and remove them on each side your doing one side at a time to give you plenty of clearance.

Looping back with my idle for posterity. Both at cold start, and after 2 miles and warming it up. Basically idle is at 1,300rpm for me, both before and after SAIP completes its 3-second run, then drops to around 700rpm after warming up a little bit.

Interesting the left-half of the gauges are pointed roughly identical before and after. I'm sure it's by design, but ...

You ever notice our trucks don't like to shift out of second on cold starts, unless you go over 40mph or the coolant reaches 127°-130°F?
At least that's how it is for the A340.
I haven't driven my A750 enough in the last year to accurately tell you it's preferences, but I want to say they're about the same.
