I think the biggest thing we need is a 2nd gen with the OEM fuel tank scan so we can scan the mounts. I don't think the SR5 has it.

Little more development in the rock slider game.

I have made a few sets for our shop bronco. The first set is always the hardest. Figuring out what I want to do, and how I want to do it. Couple this with a little ADHD and indecisiveness and it will make you want to pound your head on the wall.

Anyways. I have finally gotten the tubular portion dialed!

it was not enough to just measure it and test it. I ended up 3d scanning the tube I bent and pulled it into my Cad software to see how close I got it. The blue is the scan, the gray is the original step file. I will file this under mission accomplished!

As many of you know we are located in Houston that was hit by hurricane Beryl yesterday. The storm went right over our house and shop.

Thankfully we did not have any major damage, but are without power, internet and have very limited cell service. Communications with us will be limited the next few days. As we get services back we will resume shipping orders and getting everything running again.

Many of you also know my wife and I are both advanced practice nurses. Since the shop is basically shut down we are doing what we can to help the community and volunteering to take a few extra shifts as many of the hospitals are very understaffed due others who are not able to work.

Stay safe, help how you can. Truck parts can wait a few days. You got bigger fish to fry.

And this is also why I keep sending folks your way, you are good people.

Do you make any cat shields for a 2.5 Gen Tundra that has a Pro Comp Bracket lift?

We do not, If I get one in the houston area I would consider 3d scanning it, but I would not start any design work till I have multiple trucks with lifts scanned.

Just wanted to say your TRD Nut Plate is awesome! I have a TRD Pro skid plate and an old Valhalla dual cat shield. I had to take off the cat shields and discovered the passenger side OE TRD Pro skid plate rear nut and bolt were completely missing, and the driver side nut on the other one was also missing. I was planning on heading to a hardware store to find long enough bolts, washers and nuts as replacements until I found out about your nut plate. I figured I'd try it instead, so I ordered it. I didn't realize it came with new hardware. Man, what a breeze putting on the cat shields now and not having to squeeze my arm on top of that crossmember! Thanks for coming up with the idea and marketing it!

Thanks. It really wasn't my idea, as much as a forum member asked me to make some and we were able to deliver.
