semantics. The feds are loosing out on all those taxes, they'll come around sooner or later. However, some peoples jobs will still test for it, which is insane because they don't test for alcohol and we have more driver related deaths from that drug that any other. I'd guess the phone is quickly catching up to the alcohol related incidents though.

 

My company does random drug tests and it includes a breathalyzer.

 

I've rode across WY a few times. Those winds are crazy so I understand not wanting to add someone else's kid into that mix on a bike.

I sell alcohol for a living. Lucky me I guess. And no other drug tests...

 

I'm a noob on a bike. Bad idea to take a passenger.
I also have very little trust/faith in people, so no passengers.

 

Ketchup alone is for toddlers. It's useful as an ingredient.

Not to get too deep here, but isn't having faith in others part of your religious philosophy? I'm pretty naive to religious beliefs in general but I attempt to judge others only after I've met them. It's not a predetermined belief for me. You gotta let them show you who they are before you discard them as unfaithful or untrustworthy.

A bit of advice if you will have it........if you are not willing to abide by the activity modifications, don't bother with the cortisone injection. The injection will make you feel GREAT......almost lure you into a false sense of security. And most people then feel like they can go back to normal activities like gym workouts, etc. You will have to discipline yourself to not get caught up in that and to stay the course (I think you admitted previously that you could be a bad patient.....hahaha)

 

Feds aren't prosecuting against it though. They allowed it to become a gray area for states that have legalized it. I couldn't agree with you more about behind the wheel though. Driving is for sober people so that awareness is there.

We took our kids to red rocks last summer for their first concert there. Our oldest (14 at the time) said I had no idea how many people liked to smoke.

I had no idea CO allows possession of meth. That's just insane to think that it's allowed considering all the pitfalls of such an addictive substance.

No, faith in others is not required. Not as far as I know and, even if it was, I dont claim to be perfect. Work in progress.

Trust must be earned. I don't judge people as "unfaithful" but I don't have high expectations of people doing good if they don't have to. I've been burned enough times by everyone who you're supposed to be able to trust that I am stingy with it.

 

Appreciate your insight here. I know we've touched on this before and I can see the hurt that has caused you to be stingy with your trust in others. I guess I keep bringing it up because I want happiness for you. It doesn't mean you're unhappy either but I just see you hurting from all the trust you've lost in others.
