Changed out all the factory speakers to Alpine R series. Added a 5 Ch. amp. and 10" sub.

Ordered Westcott 3/1 kit, Fuel wheels, and 35" Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Hopefully have all installed by late next week.

it did at first, but a little silicone on the seal as recommended by DB and it hasn't prevented the tailgate from opening

Ok. Thanks for that info. I’m actually looking to secure my bed and since Toyota doesn’t want to provide a way to keep the tailgate locked, I figured the DB would be the way to go.
I’ve looked but haven’t found another option, but do you know of a way to secure the bed other than the DB option?

Well, I just join the club after months of research (and begging for the wife’s permission!) and the first thing I did was the grueling and complex endeavor of putting the tag mount on the front bumper.
But I can’t wait to tint them winders and get my bed covered (and secured).
So many things to do and so little money to do them with…

One of the things I dislike about living in Virginia is the 2 tag rule they have here, one in the front and back of the vehicle. We can't personalize our vehicles with a favorite team like that.

    Nice truck, congrats!

Well, if your team isn’t Mississippi State, does it really matter?

Oem tonneau, side steps, spray in liner. Trd skidplate.

The tailgate is locked when the doors are locked. The tailgate won't open unless the key fob is near the truck.

No worries, there is also a second small button under the tailgate handle that will lock the doors/tailgate.

We have that rule in Missouri too. Had I caught my dealer in time I would have had them not install the front plate bracket. I drove my Tacoma 11 years without a front tag with no issues I was going to continue that with the Tundra. Now I just have two tags mainly because I'm more official and hopefully less likely for a cop to pull me over for tinted windshield.

IMG_9539.jpg Slowly adding black accents to my ice cap. I was putting it on and my 7 year old daughter asked me what I was doing. I explained I was adding a black exhaust tip and her response was “but why?” Same response my wife would have. Hahah

I wrapped the grey bit of the dash to match the outside/trd accents with daughter number one. We’ll see how it looks in daylight tomorrow. IMG_5266.jpg

I need details of how this went. Are you hybrid/jbl? Stereo is on my hit list but sub space lacking in hybrid. The children are going to have them in their footwells.
