So it's looking like @Mdl was on the right track, the larger displacement blowers do not seem to be equipped with the restricting orifice.

I'll have to see if I can remember to try this when my gauge shows dashes.

Insurance cleared, truck got smoked by hail. Thinking of running the vented hood @reywcms shared. I'll datalog and see if under hood temps decrease hoping so.

I dug both side of the lines and didn't see anything......as long as it not sucked into the hose somewhere. Yeah the annoying dash is my only complaint on the PSB1 so far. Other then that it's been solid as hell.

I still have yet to get mine to calibrate, I need to pull that wideband sensor out and try to calibrate it. The boost works amazing though.

The Mishimoto? I am pretty sure it was P&P but as it was 100000 degrees & I also had the downpipes installed I had a shop do it all. He did not complain or charge above the standard rate si I'm pretty sure it was P&P, The Tree is there right now, on the way to the airport to pick up my Wife, the AC died, as it was 114 I drove right there, they tested it & found the compressor that is always on had left the building, adios 1200 bux (needs the "full kit" grrrrr

My experience is mostly with the heat from under the E46 M3. The big thing is to put a vent just behind the radiator to vent that hot air. I haven't finished coffee yet so all you get is a picture and no real explanation lol

Not liking the compressor issue, but the Mishimoto radiator part of this.

oh, and the second part of that radiator flow question. I've always just removed the fender liners and left them off lol. Makes working on things easier, and I like the look. At least on my JK, and the previous s/c Taco with long tube headers

The mishimoto does look like a nice unit. If I were to try an aluminum one I’d probably get that one. It’s also 520 bucks though which is not cheap for a darn radiator.

The trans cooler is showing some good promise so far, and with something as forward facing as a radiator, the cost isn't that bad when the lifetime warranty is added since it includes accident damage. I'm hopeful it won't be needed, but glad to hear it is a direct fit.

You should probably mention that so they don't expect the same results using just the radiator. Your lower temps are a result of the thermostat, not the aluminum radiator.

FWIW, I have the CSF radiator, never had any leaks
