What have you done to your 1st gen Tundra today?

So this fucker is done. Now does any one know what size wrench the passenger side upstream uses?

 

I love how the top but came right off no issues no blaster spray, just came off as it should.

As soooooon as I went and put torque on the lower steam nut it just rounded the fuck off

If you make some of the plates, I'd be interested. Some of these kits on the market use grade 8 bolts.

Just don’t snap the bung hole off or it’ll get ugly. You need to massage that bung hole with penetrant.

I can’t recall the last time I had to say that.

 

Already started the penetrant soak today. Gonna hit it up for the next 2 days, before and after work, then I'm gonna give it the business

 

One must pamper the bunghole before giving it the business.

 

How much slop is in the trucks ecu? What do you think it would say to gs400 manifolds, and h-piped true duals? They're probably great at a higher rpm, but i doubt they're doing much damage on the lower end. Hell, rolling around in 3rd might put me in the sweet spot.

My zx6r had a large butthead sticker on the fairing.

i also had nutsack blinkers, and a switch for flashers. Long burn because incandescent. I was rowdy back then, cant believe what i got away with.

 

Long day at the ball crushing factory.

Degreased, Wire wheeled, Ospho'd and painted the frame+crossmembers inside and out, from the front bumper to the back of the cab/spring hanger.
Also torched out the oem bushings as prep for the new daystar poly bushings and did the same prep/paint process to them too.
Tomorrow should be fun!
