Fuel Pump fuse keeps blowing 10A

I got a call about a no start but frank issue with a 2014 Toyota tundra with a 5.7. I clean some test and (mis) diagnosed it as being a fuel pump failure. I purchased a Delphi pump and replaced it with a fuse the car started right up but then died I went to check the 25A fuse and it was blown. I’m not sure where to check the connectors look ok. Anybody experience this problem before?

I unplugged the connector and it still blew with the key on the on position so it makes me believe it is external to pump

 

You sure the fuse shouldn’t be at least a 15 amp for the fuel pump?

 

I believe the fuel pump fuse is 25A on a 2014.

Sorry made a mistake it is actually 25A fuse forgot I had replaced it just to test the circuit
