For anyone who has done headers, which gasket did you use? I have heard to use the fiber gasket otherwise they will leak, but I would much rather use the OEM multi layer steel gasket for peace of mind. I always spray copper on MLS gaskets and have never had an issue.

I got extended nuts as well to help tq the flange down, I just have a hard time trusting those cheap fiber gaskets..

What year is it? The OEM ones worked well for 2021.

I tried to use oem gaskets and the raised port design of my JBA long tubes doesn’t/didn’t like the mating surface.
Remflex gaskets is what I used and they worked a lot better.

Going on a 2011. I have a flat flange and I think I am going to spray and use the MLS, and if ends up leaking I will go the Remflex route.

I will report back after installed.

OEM gaskets used on my 2016. Zero leaks so far.
