Mirror exchange

I am researching this but figured I'd ask here as well...

I have a 2003 V8 Ltd. The mirrors were damaged by the previous owner and need to be replaced.

Will the mirrors from a 2006 SR5 interchange with my 2003?

Physically should bolt up but may not have all features your Limited mirrors have such as heated glass or auto dim or such.

 

thanks. I think we'll take our chances. There is 2006 at a local pull-a-part so we may swing by and grab it.

 

Is the junk truck a double or access cab?
They have different mirrors..

This. Depends on the cab type, and you need to be careful of the features too. i.e. does either truck have heated mirrors? Small details are important. You need to hunt for another AC or RC truck (no DCs) with heated or non-heated mirrors.
