Had my girls basketball camp today in Denver. Good god I really don't like that many people in one area. Ever.

Looks like I missed a lot...

Preach it. Even compared to Monument, Denver is not my speed at all. Can't imagine you being up in the mountains what the comparison is like

We have confirmed 4 baby shower invites didnt land that we sent out as of now... some people's feelings are hurt and I am over here like... what else was I supposed to do... there is enough going on...

 

This annoyed me a lot more than I was prepared for this early in the am... It is literally the example of why I dont miss my previous forum and I have yet to see it here...

This is also a great reason on why I love that I no longer mod these types of forums... gets annoying and I would get myself banned for sure...

as many photos as I take, I installed the hitch yesterday and thought... should I take a picture? Nah.... but that is exactly my thoughts. I will use it to shuttle the yard cart, sprayer and spreader. Much easier than in my FFR or Tundra.

 

Let's be honest. Denver kinda sucks.

The metro area has changed a ton since I moved here. It got worse with COVID.

That being said, I doubt we ever leave. I can't imagine living anywhere else.

I really appreciate all the patience guys. Besides the personal shit I also found out that my shipping platform and web store are just not built for the amount of orders I’m dealing with nowdays. I went with Square, but do not have any volume yet. My friend uses it and she ran a full B&M store on it when she expanded.

 

Well I just went to the post office to drop things and found out today is some Holiday I have never heard of. Lol

 

Lol yeah, a lot of companies give today off, mine included. I just work it and use the day for a long weekend instead

 

The growth had to be in part due to the massive avatar thread @TaquitoBandito produced. He is killing it and your cru grew.

On a Wednesday no less. Makes sense for the feds to find a way to take another day off. Next is national cru day. You pick the date.

 

May I suggest March, April or Aug as there are no Fed Holidays in those months and Im always down for a free day off....

Took Thurs/Fri off this week in addition to the Holiday Still have 120hrs of Use or Lose leave....

 

I'd look into Joomla - they have some webstore stuff that you can use to build your own site without any limitations or you could build your own site with Joomla and integrate a 3rd party printing place into it.

Or poach a few of these Mafia UPS guys and start up your own shipping network.

 

I grew up in Denver, well Northglenn to be more accurate. Todays version is insane to me. I try to not make it down there often. But I also understand why everyone is blowing our state and Denver up.

Shiiiiii, I didnt know today was one... I had to look it up. I usually look for holidays by watching the Misses work schedule. She has an actual WFH job but is working today. I sort of do, but I just scheduled a site visit for 7/8 and had some people kick back that they have long weekends. I always forget since when I am home... I am blessed, I will sum it up that way.

I bet you looked like the gal I held the door open for yesterday at the post office. She was walking in with three large reusable bags full of stuff from whatever she does. Love seeing stuff like that and look forward to being a part of it.

 

This is the first year I got MLK day off, but not Juneteenth.
That's ok, I took the day off to go pick up my dog from the vet..

 

I had to call @Patch999 in Texas to find out wtf is going on and why they shut the world down today.
