Nice. I'm right behind you. Oil change and tire rotation yesterday. Almost 44k miles.

 

Other than the engine, transmission, and steering wheel- the rear window roll down is the thing I use the most on my truck. It's the best

 

My 5160s from @memario1214 got lost in a Texas factory. So being a responsible Tundra owner, I pulled the Father's Day card and got 8100s.

How do you expect to see out of the window on the passenger side? Looks sketchy (Youtube favorite word)

 

With me eyes... Luckily its a suction cup and can be placed anywhere. Once I get out and use it can adjust or drop it into may rago plate etc. lol

 

Serious sound upgrade. Dropped all these parts of at my audio guys place on Saturday. Picked the truck up Sunday pm. Not pictured is the sub box also made by Skar. Retained oem head unit for stealth purposes. Sounds so very nice!!!

Did you use the Autoaccessorides harness for the rear window switch relocation?

 

Yes. Had to route it especially direct too. Not alot of slack. I think I bought the 48” length?

 

It was my understanding that the head unit from a sound quality aspect is the best upgrade you can do. Am I mistaken? Seems like a lot of $$ spent to not get a high quality head unit.

 

I discussed that exact thing with my guy before deciding where to spend the $. His advice was if I’m happy with the features the head unit has, which I am, then add what I did instead. I asked him about an upgraded hu later on, he said I could always do that but would have no need for the Line Output Converter. I also wanted to remain stock in appearance for theft purposes. I tell ‘ya, it sounds great, but I may not know what Im missing either.

 

Was out doing errands and this happened.
I was stopped at a Red Light looked down at my dashboard and saw this.

He only goes in reverse and uses his mirrors.

Got around to doing the rears today.....

 

Trying to decide which is the better option: 2020 SR5 CM RWD with 60k miles, or a 2016 pro with 80k miles. Pro would be $4k more than the SR5.Anyone been in a similar position? Thanks
