Well, yeah, but we bald guys are have notoriously high T levels, so it's hard to think about anything else, frankly.

Anyone know if I should be concerned about a leaf slipping out of alignment? I can hear her creaking and possibly shifting as I go around a corner.

I know nothing other than it will "ride", and apparently for a long ass time.
    20230114_125530.jpg
Had some clunking while turning, discovered it then. DeepCreep sprayed all the leafs, that helped with the clunking, but I have no spacers either.
I did some DIY rednecking on it, and just spray them down 1-2 a year. With our trucks Jack, this is prob the least of our worries

Whoa.... Wtf is going on with your overload leaf? That thing ride like an empty dually or what? Usually they are either flat or turned so that the arch is the opposite direction from the rest of the leaf packs arch.

HAhahaha, dude they are Stout. Not sure why it's like that, PO Prob built a bastard pack? Remember the photo at the lumber yard? I figured I had 1200+lb in the back and it only dropped it 3/4 to 1".
The Only thing that ever squated it decently was this FULL load of logs.

As for the creaking, I'm gonna go with ... you may want to consider replacing your spacers. It doesn't look like the flat part is left, all that's left is the nub. This is a very easy process to do.

Last time I looked at Dorman's site, I couldn't find any for our 1GT. But ... It looks like this 12-pack could possibly work, supposedly good for all 2" leafs that have a ½" hole: https://www.amazon.com/Spring-Squeak-Cushion-Plastic-Silencer/dp/B07W3SWQT9/

There was a spacer in there at one time? I don’t recall but I never looked in the history of owning it. Haha

Raise the ass end of the truck using the frame, let the axle and tires hang. Take a prybar and pry apart the leaves and replace the plastic spacers. I have this nifty tool to hep with spreading the leaf pack. I haven't used it yet. Came in the mail after I had already replaced the pads near the ends of the leaf pack. I still need to do the ones closer to the axle on both sides so I'll get to try it out then.

Finally ordered replacement foams fer me cupholders. Passenger side is missing a chunk and driver side is all there but has gotten very week over time. Almost dumped a medium Diet Dr Pepper from Whattyburger the other day, which if you know Whattyburger, their medium is almost bigger than other restaurants' large drinks.

    Ordered these.

Will do. The cupholders just pop off right? No hidden screws?

Did you find the one for the left? 69320-0C010. Discontinued and I've looked everywhere including Rock Auto, Partsouq, etc. I think I'm sunk. Maybe a salvage yard.

In the front, pop up/out that piece of the console with the cupholes.

On the underside, IIRC, there's a pair of screws that hole the top half to the bottom. Slip the two halves apart, slide out the old foams, slide in the new using the holes in the foams as your guide to avoid installing wrong. Reassemble.

It was simple enough I didn't need instructions.

    But here are some pics.

    Pull up the cupholder.

Remove the 4 circled screws holding the cup part to the surround.

Pull the old foams, then install the new ones using the little nubs to install the proper way (they're keyed)

Pics I have on-hand from mine. (edited to add the 1st pic with screw IDs)

Yes, I found the two sides and replaced both of mine. And sold off the originals. No significant change in operation, I believe I mostly just spent money to have a little less dirt :)

Do the foam inserts actually work when in good condition? Mine were all worn out when I bought my truck, and I figured even new they probably sucked. Cup holder would just want to let my cup tip over as it was, so I did my own little mod with some PVC and bike inner tube. Holds my cup well. Will post a picture later.

I like it. I have a 2nd gen DC for a work truck so I'm in a 2nd gen more than my best gen. I've been looking at 4wd 5.7 DCs with a bench seat though. No plans to buy, just lookin.

Bench seat means small gas tank.
