I also found the perfect spot for the pressure washer! Fits like a glove. I'll need to find a nice way to secur it but hot damn.

Ok boys making some late season mods to the cleaning system

part one, get everything off the floor

mount ss shelf and also simplified the hose routing , pipe strap lines to the wall

much cleaner , part two working on tomorrow

also have an electrician buddy going to bring some 20 amp power over there so the cord with basically be gone as well as it will be super neatly wound up and routed local to the washer

Very nice! That'll be nice to have a dedicated 20 amp'er plug in case you ever want to upgrade to a big boy.

I've only washed the truck with 3000 psi gas pressure washer before these Active electrics are nice. not worried about tearing flesh

all reels and hoses are made in USA and vac is made in USA , compressor is made in USA, i always try to get stuff made here, if possible, obviously the ego stuff isn’t but it’s the best so it it what it is on that

cuts down the high pitch noise which is nice but no it’s not like it’s super silent. But this model is really quiet for what it is

so for 25-30 bucks , ya I’ll keep the muffler

Your electrical buddy did a good job. Nice conduit work, use of a GFCI for protecting you, and excellent cable management.

Decided to put a coating of this stuff on like I did with the sienna , it’s really good considering cost, performance, longevity, and ease of application

    So thumbs up

Just took a longer trip to Indy and back , cool thing

I just hit it with the pressure spot free rinse only and everything dropped off with the coating and didn’t have to do anything else

it didn’t rain so no road grime just dust , bugs, etc

so far really good with this stuff for the price and ease

i did not , it has a pre application spray to clean prior to coating and it works well

also my paint was in pretty darn good shape and didn’t need it

but that pre clean stuff they provide works pretty decent

if your heavily contaminated or haven’t ever clayd then that maybe would be a good this to try on a panel and see if there is a difference

Good to know - I will definitely be looking more into this. I got my front end with PPF but never really liked the cost of ceramic coating for what is really is. This seems like a better cost effective alternative.

I would always clay before a ceramic or PPF. You’re just trapping containments in there
