Still No luck after replacing AC evap

Update!!! Hey all, replaced the AC evap core on 2008 Tundra, everything is back together and plugged in (hopefully)... Now cranks but not starting. Battery is good, checked fuses and relays OBD2 says linking error...thought maybe a problem with the key or alarm system because everything was unplugged the whole dash and steering wheel... Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
**update... checked crank position sensor, ignition, fuel pump is okay with direct power...
Pulled dash apart again spent last 40hrs looking at every ground, wire connection cannot find a break or bad wire. Tried the OBD port trick with 4 and 13 paperclip thing no luck! Still thinking it could be an issue with the theft system and viper alarm...

Try disconnecting the Viper alarm

 

That's what I was thinking, just take it back to original!

 

When you did the paperclip how long did you do it, did you have the battery on a charger the whole time during, and did you leave the driver door open?

I think you have the CAN network loop unplugged at the gauges since you have worked inside the dash. That would make your network down because it needs the terminating resistor inside the combination meter(gauge cluster). Check resistance between pins 6 and 14 of the OBD2 connector.
