Went to ToyTec this morning for my pre lift inspection. Better vibe at ToyTec this time and more like it used to be.

Came back to the office and this was parked out front. New and pretty cool. A short woman drives it. Nice truck, but no thanks.

Great color on that third gen. What lift are you planning on? I've been eyeing their 2.5" Aluma Coilovers and 2.0" Shocks pretty hard. The shocks have a 26" extended length, which really peaked my interest for additional flex.

Look around on the internet/Youtube. There are a lot of places with discount offers but I believe 20% is on the very high side of their deals. You will like it, some quirks but overall pretty solid

I got the Aluma 2.5s. SPC UCAs, Icon RXT leaf pack, and 5160s from @memario1214. I went with the 5160s over the 2.0 after talking to Colton. I think the 2.0 is also out of stock.

The 2.5s restocked in April or May after being out of stock since last September. ToyTec said they were having a bunch of delays with Elka. When I bought mine two weeks ago, there were three sets left. Just a heads up. If you say you've been waiting since Labor Day last year, you should get 10% off.

Nice, that sounds like a killer setup. I’m not quite ready to pull the trigger, so I don’t mind waiting. I already have 5160’s in the rear, and I kind of just want to try something different. Bilstein generally uses a digressive valving (at least on the 5100’s and I think the 5160’s), so I want to switch it up to something either linear or progressive without breaking the bank, thus the want for the Aluma 2.0 Rear Shocks.

Report back when you get everything installed, I’d love to hear how the 2.5 fronts ride!

Cool. And I guess in winter the black side goes on the outside, keeps the windows from frosting.

    Lots.
Today I ordered a C4 Fabrication Overland rear bumper taking advantage of their Fathers Day promotion. I've been wanting to pull the trigger on this for a while to match the front Overland bumper I ordered previously . Eight week lead time so I will get it near the end of summer, but then it's pretty much always summer here.

    https://c4fabrication.com/collections/tundra/products/tundra-overland-series-rear-bumper-2014

Clean for once! She needs that C4 rear bumper to get rid of that plastic one... coming soon.

You mean you don't like the wonderful heat we have been having here in the bay? I just finished building a shed in it...definitely sucked!

Jeez... man it's hot. Everybody around us has to much rain and we don't have enough. My water bill (with sewer charge added) between the St. Augustine lawn and evaporation from the pool, is actually running more than my electric if you can believe that.

Yeah we didn't get much on the St Pete side either. I'm just glad that we got a metal roof last year to help with the heat.

Yeah, I just used the Tundra to go pick up more roof coating and finished that yesterday... immediately stripped down and hid in the AC the rest of the day.
