Frequent masturbation is my friend lol. But in all seriousness I sleep with gloves on every night. I have been through 5 different sterodial cremes and 1 oral med. I put the cremes on then the gloves before bed. I've gone through like 5 large tubs of aquaphore. I use it every day.

Their answer is to quit logging instead of doing their jobs and finding the root cause.

@FrenchToasty is a better comparison. Toyota changed the gauge cluster for the '05-'06 to make it so the gauges at "normal" will be +/- 10% of dead center (except fuel, of course). This made it easier to read the gauges in general. They also shifted the cluster to LED in the '05-'06 along with it, which kinda blows but that's another story. OP would really need to compare to others. I personally would like to see his and @FrenchToasty's a little closer to center as most of us are. I recall there's a TSB for the oil sender reading low

FYI, that horizontal slit on your right center finger, I had similar on my right ring finger. Like, looked identical. Bastard would never heal, had it for a little over 8 months and it just kept re-opening over and over again. I ended up going to a dermatoligist. Turns out it was fungal. I don't remember what meds they gave me (10-12yrs ago now) cleared it up in less than two weeks.

My frieng Gregg had almost identical issues with his hands. They'd crack to fuck. I always wondered if it was his issue. He'd put Corn Huskers Lotion on it and said it helped. But he suffered with it all the years I knew him. He was like me back then though: Too damn poor to see a proper doctor.

I forgot to mention I also did a round of flucanzole fungal meds for 3 weeks. I appreciate it tho. It really wish I could get it sorted. Those photos are about 60% as bad as they really get.

Do you think I need to address my oil pressure at all or mention it to the shop when it's in for the cvs?

Just need to get a legit reading of oil pressure if it worries you. Normal operating pressure for these at idle is pretty low. Something like 18psi if I remember correctly

I do loose a smidge bit of oil from my dipstick tube from doing headers, need to get a new o ring, I don’t think that would effect my OP that much, and I feel it’s always been around there abouts even before long tubes

I wouldn't fuck with it. If @FrenchToasty isn't having issues, and his is nearly identical, I would have higher confidence. But from the 'megathread', I chekced that TSB on oil pressure sender, apparently it ends in 2003 or 2004, so wouldn't affect your truck or mine.

The tips of the fingers are pretty keratinized and may not respond as well to an oral treatment vs a topical. What do you have to lose at this point if nothing else worked? Lotrimin AF instead inside the gloves. If it’s fungal, using anything that moisturizes actually makes it worse.

Don't worry about being annoying. Annoying is the guys who ask for help then just up and dissappear with no resolution. Or the ones that ask for help then disregard the answers.

Yeah I was referring to when I was disregarding the Porsche boots and after market boots. I didn't wanna seem like I was rejecting good info. Just don't have the time, patience or work space for that right now. Plus my angles are confirmed okay now. Just gonna go the worm strap route. Thank you.

Man fuck those guys. All my boys hate those guys.

"Fly by nighters" I like to call them. Like 90% of the people who show up here and their 1st post (or 1st post after introduction) is a question, complaint, and/or plea for help, it's either pucks or one of those guys.

Wow, sorry about your hands. You're a tough mfer for doing any truck repairs with those mitts.

About the oil pressure. I'm in the "low" crowd as well. It fluctuates accordingly with the rpms, though, so I've never worried about it. More like a "yes-no" gauge lol.

I always thought it fairly common in the 1st gens. @FishNinja is just cool, I guess.

I just took off the tb to take a photo of the inside of the intake. Best I can do without pulling the two lines off the tb again which were a bitch the other day. Is this too much oil in the intake manifold? If so do I have a faulty pcv valve? I'm guessing I need to reach in there with like a sponge on a stick or something and wipe that out?

    Inside and outside of TB.

I just did the tb on my daily. A 2011 ford focus sel. It has a blue rubber gasket. The tundra has no gasket. Should there be one?

I do have this filter cover on but I've always had it since I bought the filter. The kn is oiless.

Looks like I'll probably need this one. It's never had a gasket since I bought the truck. But the TB wasn't even that dirty when I cleaned it.

Nvm now I'm confused. I thought that was the tb.

    This gasket looks so weird.

On the 05s and 06s it looks like the TBs are different. I cannot find a tb gasket on any video of somone having their tb removed with a gasket on an 05 06. Just hoping to confirm.
