Best mechanic I've been to with my Tundra. Mark Strong is owner/operator. ASE Toyota Master. He is my go to for anything a dealer needs to do.

I went to him before I found ToyoMasters. Kurt is also an ASE Toyota Master. He does warranty work but if you want OEM parts you'll need to tell him up front.

I too, vouch for Kennedy. They are a solid and honest family owned auto-shop. I've taken my Tacoma there several times. They are very thorough with their inspections and diagnostics. They will take pictures of everything; very detail oriented and meticulous. It's not cheap, but you know what you're getting into and it's quality work.

When you say is not cheap, you mean is same as dealership prices? Just curious

Definitely cheaper than dealership prices, but it's not going to be as cheap as your hole in the wall kind of auto-shop.

For reference, my Tacoma had to have repair done to it. The lower control arms had to be replaced (I had a 6" lift and 33" tires so it wore much faster) so including new LCAs + labor + oil change + tire rotation + tax, I was at $1000. They do honest work, and they do it well.

I do have a second auto-shop I can also vouch for in the Spring area. They primarily deal with Toyotas as well but their shop is always lined up with Land Cruisers and 4Runners.

Here is their IG, they are right off of Spring Cypress in North Houston.
