So I have a 17 crewmax 4x4 and want to lift it. I'm leaning towards the zone offroad 5 inch kit since I have heard many good things about it. My question is how well do these things last? I don't plan on getting ride of this truck so I don't want to keep spending money either. also its mostly pavements that I drive. not much off roading. well all the advise I can get I truly appreciate. thanks

It really depends on how hard you beat it. I know guys who feel like they're slackin' if they aren't rebuilding their suspensions every year. A high quality lift on a mall crawler will probably out-last your truck. Off-road, not so much.

My ICON coilover setup made it about 100k miles before rebuild of the fronts. Not a rock crawler by any means but I was pretty mean to it at times.

totally dependent on how you use your truck. either you want a suspension that actually has effect on your offroad capability or you want one that just looks cool and fits bigger rubber.
