Hello everyone, my name is Carlos
I'm new to the Tundra world, and just recently picked up my first Tundra a 2013 platinum crewmax 4x4.
Last 5 months I done my fare share research on 4X4 trucks, my main need for a 4X4 is to have peace of mind when I'm pulling my 22ft boat out of the water. For last 3 years I been using our family SUV (08' Yukon) to tow our ski boat, towing was never an issue but going up that boat ramp and the sound of the rear wheels breaking loose was nerve racking.
So decided to upgrade to a 4X4 truck, first choice was to go with an diesel F250 after doing research on this trucks and all the recalls and head bolts/turbo issues, decided to look at different options.
After test driving the F50, Silverado and Ram trucks I was back on the F250 saddle. Then one of my buddy's suggested a Tundra so following week I was at a Toyota dealership test drove a 2015 4X4 crewmax with a 3" lift 1) loved the way it looked 2)interior was very nicely done and comfortable 3) POWER!!! Wow this much torque out of a gas motor!
Not having a car note for over 2 years, and jumping into a $65k note was not easy to take so decided to go with pre-owned.
And now own my first Tundra, I'm a DIY type of guy I will post pictures and write ups on some mods I have coming.

At $65k that was most likely the platinum. Its like an upgraded limited with lift.

This is my canvas a stock 2013 Platimum Tundra, what sold me was the interior trim finish, and with under 28k on the odometer. And after trading in the Yukon and a $210 truck note SOLD!!! image.jpgimage.jpg
