I have a cracked manifold on my 2008 tundra. Anyone know what I'm looking at for cost? Private mechanic or dealer. Anyone ever have to change out one?

Never had to do this, but it depends on which side. Driver side may be more expensive. Dealer will probably be 3x what a private mechanic will do. Best way to deal is to shop around, they appear to be straight forward within reach. You may need an impact though

Yes Ive changed them out to install long tubes. Drivers side is the hardest but it’s doable in your driveway. Cost for headers is around 250$ a side (but can be alot more) and install is likely 500-750$ a side I would guess. I have the ones I removed available too.

Is it the typical clicking sound after a cold start and once the engine warms up the sound goes away?
